According to the rules and regulations of TIBET TOURISM BUREAU, CHINA for traveling in TIBET, it is mandatory for all visitors to accept the following terms and conditions:

1. The printed programs are subject to change without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control such as landslides, snow, flood, political unrest, epidemics, flight delays and off loading, etc. which could also lead to cancellation of the trip. In such cases, there shall be no refund.

2. The clients shall be personally responsible for complying with all formalities required by local authorities, police customs & health department always under the rules and regulation of the country traveling in.

3. SACRED SUMMITS (P) LTD. and its subsidiaries, associates or agents shall not be responsible for sickness, personal injury, evacuation, death, delay of the members, loss or damage of personal property or effects belonging to the clients during the trip or whatsoever. The clients themselves shall have to bear all extra expenses caused by above reason.

4. It is understood that due to the mountains terrain of Nepal & Tibet, breakdowns of vehicles on the way occasionally happens. SACRED SUMMITS (P) LTD. Shall put its all efforts to avoid such situations, but shall not be responsible for the situation which is beyond its reach.

5. However, SACRED SUMMITS (P) LTD, and its Agents shall always put their every effort for making the journey smooth and pleasant and wishes you all A VERY HAPPY AND ENJOYABLE TRIP WITH US
